Why Focus on Mechanics?
Many athletes are held back by inefficient movement patterns. Our program strips away wasted energy and focuses on the technical "how-to" of sprinting. We don't just "run"; we build better athletes through:
- Explosive Acceleration: Mastering the first 30 meters.
- Top-End Speed: Maintaining velocity with proper upright mechanics.
- Force Production: Learning how to put more power into the ground with every stride.
- Injury Prevention: Training the body to move correctly under high intensity.
Program Schedule & Details
This is a Development-Only program. We focus strictly on training and performance; no competition uniforms are required or provided.

How to Register
To maintain a high coach-to-athlete ratio and ensure personalized feedback, we utilize a gated registration process.
Step 1: Request Your Code
Email us at tbftrailblazers@comcast.net to express your interest. Please include the athlete's name, age, and primary sport. A TBF coach will contact you to discuss the program.
Step 2: Secure Your Spot
Once you receive your unique registration code via email, you will be able to complete the official registration and payment through our online portal.
ATTENTION
Speed Training participants will NOT compete in Track & Field competitions. This program is a training only. Registration is first-come, first-served. We recommend requesting your code early to ensure placement for the May 6th start date.
