2026 Spring & Summer Season Registration

We are excited to kick off the 2026 season! To ensure our athletes have access to elite facilities, equipment, and coaching, the following fee structure has been established for the upcoming Spring and Summer sessions.

Important Dates

  • Registration Opens: March 28, 2026
  • Registration Deadline: May 2, 2026
  • Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid in full by May 2, 2026
  • Note: The registration page requires a password to access. Please ensure you've had a one-on-one discussion with Coach Kevin Woodson prior to attempting to register. During that discussion you will be provided the password.

AAU Membership Fee (Pay directly to AAU): $22

Season Dues: $385 per Athlete (Please note there are NO REFUNDS once registration fee has been paid)

Based on a projected roster of 40 athletes. Additionally, uniform costs are not included.


Our registration fees are "all-in" to cover the operational costs of the club. Here is a transparent breakdown of how your dues support the team:

Total Season Operating Budget

The total projected cost to operate the club for the 2026 Spring/Summer season is $15,300. By distributing these costs across the team, we are able to provide a high-caliber experience for every athlete.

SUSTAINING THE DRIVE

OUTDOOR TRACK SEASON

The Outdoor Season is the manifestation of the athlete's "Drive." This is the time to compete, set personal records, and chase qualification for National meets, such as New Balance, Nike, Brooks and Junior Olympics. The focus shifts from controlled drills to maximizing performance and learning to sustain effort over an entire season and against the toughest competition.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday


PRACTICE TIMES:

  • Monday - Thursday Practice: Jumpers and Hurdlers report at 5:15PM | Runners report at 6:15PM, practice ends at 8:15PM
  • Saturday Practice: Jumpers and Hurdlers report at 9:00AM | Runners report at 10:00AM, practice ends at 12:00PM

Race Execution

Competition-level pace work, race simulation, and mastering the composure needed to react to race conditions.

The Championship journey

Navigating District, Regional, and National Qualifiers. We teach athletes how to manage travel, focus, and pressure on a national stage.

Life lessons in action

Reinforcing sportsmanship, handling success and failure, and demonstrating the character and commitment instilled in the Indoor Season.
