iNDOOR SEASON

The Indoor Season is where the "Push" begins. This period is dedicated to intense, high-focus training designed to build explosive strength, refine speed mechanics, and foster the mental resilience required for competition. Because the track is shorter and the environment is controlled, we can zero in on the small details that become the margin of victory.

TECHNICAL MASTERY

Deep-dive drills focused on Block Start mechanics, hurdle precision, and event-specific form corrections.

fOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH

Age-appropriate plyometrics, intensive core development, and building power needed to accelerate into the Outdoor season. 

MENTAL TOUGHNESS

Learning to  handle high-intensity speed work and developing a competitive mindset in smaller, focused meets.


THE GOAL

The goal of indoor season is to build a robust physical and mental foundation so that athletes enter the Outdoor season healthy, strong, and technically sound.
