 OUR PROGRAMS

 Trial by Fire Youth Track & Field Club programs offer a myriad of opportunities for athletes of all shapes, sizes and abilities to compete in local, state, regional, and national track and field competitions. Our programs are designed to promote physical fitness and provide fun learning experiences through participation and learning proper fundamental techniques for running, jumping, throwing, and race walking necessary to improve athletic skills and efficiency.


Indoor Programs

The indoor program starts November through March and is combined with comprehensive strength and conditioning training sessions, and competitive opportunities for athletes to remain active and tuned-up during the winter months.

The outdoor program starts April through August.  Athletes will participate in several competitions and championships on the local, regional, and national levels.
